Job Summary and QualificationsApplication of EEG for Routine, Stat and long term monitoring for non-invasive diagnostic examination.
- Neurology Technologist must be able to work collaboratively with physician and interdisciplinary care team to prepare patient for non-invasive diagnostic examination.
- Responsible for utilizing critical thinking skills and educating patient prior to, during and after all examinations performed.
- Responsible for reporting significant findings to physician for further patient evaluation and subsequent treatment.
- Position does require on-call availability to ensure 24/7 department coverage.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- High School Graduate / GED
- Minimum 6 months experience required
