Performs a variety of operational, logistical, and financial incident specific support functions including ordering manager, check in, demobilization, dispatch, and finance.
Utilizes computer software and programs in support of administrative duties including record keeping, timekeeping, and travel coordination.
Helps track, ensure program accountability and coordinates the movement of staff credit card charges to appropriate accounts in collaboration and coordination with park managers and administrative staff. Helps generate internal letters, memoranda and reports as needed.
