North Highland is the world’s leading change and transformation consultancy. Simply put, we make change happen like no one else. And we’re on the hunt for a new Master Practitioner Level Consultant.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

North Highland is seeking to hire a Master Practitioner Level Consultant to help our Public Sector Clients solve their needs.

YOU WILL:

  • Guide teams in the development of impactful deliverables for multiple work streams that create long-term change for some of the world’s most exciting brands.

  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders that support ongoing projects and open the door to growth opportunities.

  • Identify the complex problems facing our clients and build plans that creatively address their challenges.

  • Put your team’s best ideas into action through planning and management; uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables.

  • Shape the firm’s future by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

  • Play a central role in your team’s growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • 10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.

  • Strong Systems Modernization experience, preferable in a Public Sector/State Agency Environment.

  • Experience with developing Public Sector procurements including requirements development, market scans, supporting RFP issuance.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge in IT Project Management and the ability to establish credibility with clients, create value, and deliver desired business outcomes at scale through its practice.

  • The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility.

  • Experience developing proposals that successfully drive clients to choose a business solution.

  • A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.

  • Demonstrated success managing teams while fostering high performance.

  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or professional certifications are bonuses.

TRANSFORMING CLIENTS. TRANSFORMING CAREERS.

Success—for both our clients and our colleagues—is all about putting people first and doing great things together. We believe that when we work as one team, we can take action today to build lasting capability for tomorrow.
Here’s how we make that happen:

  • Grow through your choices. We want people who strive for the next level, and then the next. That’s why we’re passionate about giving you the tools you need to reach your full potential. It’s rooted in our employee ownership model—with plenty of coaching and personal development opportunities to help you forge your own path to the top.

  • You’re never a number. Our firm is large enough to scale up and tackle big client challenges, but small enough that you won’t get lost in the crowd. And that’s something that will never change. We celebrate individuality, collaborate as a team, and put our people first. Always.

  • Make your mark. Not content to stand still? We wouldn’t have it any other way. There’s room to experiment and stretch yourself here, and we encourage you to bring whatever you’ve got to the table.

  • Enviable Total Rewards. We inspire our employees to do their best work. Our Total Rewards Program encompasses Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life Insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k) contribution, and a variety of other perks like a dedicated Health Advocate, Family Planning, Parental Leave, and Tuition Reimbursement. Additionally, we employ a Flexible Time Off vacation policy, wellness initiatives, and other programs around diversity and inclusion, Learning and Development, and social engagement.
