What You'll Do:

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to patients, assisting with daily activities to ensure comfort and well-being. Depending on the facility, this may include checking vitals, administering medication and treatments, and overseeing floor CNAs.
  • Collaborate for Care: Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive support and care and strategize nurse care plans
  • Document Diligently: Keep precise records of patient information, health changes, activities, and care provided
  • Adhere to Protocols: Follow all facility guidelines and procedures to maintain patient safety and well-being
  • Communicate with Compassion: May be asked to assist in preoperative and postoperative health teaching for patients and families
  • Maintain safety standards: Keep infection control procedures in place

‍Skills & Requirements:

  • Valid LPN/LVN license required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an LPN/LVN role
  • Experience working in assisted living or long-term care required
  • CPR is required
  • Willingness to any shift, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to patient care
  • Must have a professional nurse entrepreneur mindset
