  • Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, with a starting salary of $450,000 annually, ranging upwards based on experience. -Potential for sign-on bonus -$150,000 student loan repayment through Doctors Across NY -Productivity and quality bonuses available

JOB DESCRIPTION: -Opportunity to practice in either our BRAND NEW, recently built in 2014 Corning Hospital or our Level 1, 260 bed tertiary hospital in Sayre, PA, Robert Packer Hospital -Little call with a dedicated OR day to schedule extended surgeries, C-sections, etc. -Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations) -Easy access to Guthrie Specialists -All locations accredited Patient Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards QUALIFICATIONS: -Open to experienced and 2024 grads -Open to H-1B & J1 (in certain locations) -BE/BC -Licensed in NY or PA state
