Department Overview Supplier diversity is an extension of our Supply Chain business strategy to drive competitive advantage for our business, promote positive economic growth by leveraging our buying power intentionally and inclusively. Responsibilities:

  • Data analytics and performance reporting.

  • Support proposal team activities by evaluating Request for Proposal requirements for small and diverse business utilization and participation. Identify, develop, and recommend qualified small and diverse businesses.

  • Represent Motorola Solutions and its Supplier Diversity Program through supplier-facing outreach events and industry-related meetings. Regularly interacts and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Facilitates tasks with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall enterprise supplier diversity initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills verbal and written.

  • Supply Chain and Procurement experience preferred.

  • Request for Proposal (RFP) and data analytics experience, strongly preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% preferred.

This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US, however preference will be given to candidates in the Chicagoland area.

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Management, or Supply Chain required.

  • 5 plus years of Supply Chain, or Procurement experience required.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
