Facility: Outpatient primary care practice

Opportunity:
  • Monday â Friday clinic hours
    • Monday and Tuesday: 7:00AM - 7:00PM
    • Wednesday: 7:00AM - 4:30PM
    • Thursday: 7:00AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 7:00AM - 4:30PM
  • 36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours per week + on call
  • No weekends
  • Candidate will join five experienced physicians and one NP. Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family.
  • Medical and Administrative support
  • 15-20 patients/day
  • ACO clinical wraparound support services
  • In-network specialist referral
  • Point of care lab on site
  • EPIC EMR
Compensation:
  • To be discussed at interview
  • Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time
