The Opportunity

The Digital Product Owner, Websites for Abbottâs in-house agency, reporting to the head of Web Services, will lead the development and optimization of marketing communication across several key websites including AbbottStore.com and AbbottNutrition.com

This position will partner with key stakeholders across Abbott Nutrition business units to understand the business needs, customer insights, competitive landscape and define online strategies and solutions to achieve business objectives. This individual will work proactively to enable Abbott to continuously improve existing website experiences and processes with the goal of driving the businesses forward.
 

What Youâll Work On

  • Sets and communicates vision for AbbottStore.com and AbbottNutrition.com websites that are aligned with stakeholders and business objectives.
  • Creates and shares product roadmap including new product features and functionality
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Abbottâs nutrition brand goals, target audiences, category trends/opportunities, and industry pressures/threats and how they translate into website strategy and product requirements
  • Manage Product backlog and oversee requirements discovery, solution design, feature development, and user testing for key websites.
  • Act as Primary Liaison with IT and development partners, market research, user experience design team, content strategists, and project management team to ensure project deliverables are done on time and within budget.
  • Digital Experience Thought Leadership: Provide vision and evangelism for new technologies, digital processes, frictionless user experience, and website content trends.
  • Digital Measurement: Works with internal teams to guide the development of custom reporting and analysis dashboards for continuous iteration and improvement
  • Work closely with Fraud Analyst to identify issues and mitigate risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, finance, technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years in digital product management or similar role.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to facilitate communication and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and lead strong teams through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other teams.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to solve complex problems

  • Experience in usability and customer-focused design

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 â $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
