Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. Specifically, the paper Inventor. Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the receiving of Paper stock into inventory. The Warehouse Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring a conforming product, facilitating efficient order fulfillment for outbound shipments while suppling paper to all SG360 print facilities. Also contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.


JOB DUTIES:

* Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
* Maintaining product identification and location program.
* Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
* Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
* Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
* Ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner.
* Maintaining Delivery Diary for facility
* Coordinate and Integrate efforts across facility's to enhance on time paper delivery's
* Maintain a professional manner in appearance and communications at all times.
* Participate in staff and/or customer meetings if required.
* Develop PC/tablet skills to perform any e-mailing, reports, label preparation, order release, driver sign-out, inventory checks and/or any type of PC/tablet function necessary for that specific area.

* Accuracy of all paperwork produced.
* Follow all customer requirements.
* Assist management as needed.
* Maintaining of all documents for filing and retention.
* Answer door, phone calls, and ship office windows.
* Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
* Operate forklift and clamp trucks during daily operations.
* Maintain professional relationship with customers.


Safety, Housekeeping, Security: * Safety glasses, seat belts, and ID badges must be worn if associates are on forklifts. * Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building. * Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work/lunch room area.

Requirements

EDUCATION & TRAINING: High School diploma. Training as required by OSHA regulations. Operation of the Segerdahl computer/data collection system. Operation of equipment used in the shipping/receiving department offices. All reports relevant to inventory, shipping and receiving activities.


EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience supervising warehouse or shipping/receiving department, or 10 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, and receiving functions.

JOB SKILLS: * Above average English oral and written communication skills. Average math skills. Average typing and computer skills. Average organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Average interpersonal and telephone skills. Forklift and clamp truck experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Full motion/motor skills in all body parts, and ability to lift 50 pounds
