POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this role you will insure cleanliness and maintain back of house kitchen accordance with our hotel expectations and brand standards of product and service.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
