Caregiver for Behavioral Group Home
Pay Rate: $17.98 to $20 per hour (depending on which group home location you work in)
Full-time and Part-Time positions available now; schedules are regular and consistent

- Competitive Pay: Starting range is currently at $17.98/hour up to $20/hour (pay rate determined by which group home location you work in), plus annual increases,Pay on Demand, Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including health benefits and 401(k) with a 3% company match

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;
- DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications - Preferred
- Experience: 6 months or more of experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities - AND - must have some experience working with severe behavioral challenges such as hitting, spitting, running away, verbal and physical aggression, and so on.
- Skills: Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy, strong communication skills
- Clearances: must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks and a pre-employment physical and TB test.
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Licenses: Valid CA Driver's license; must have driver history of at least one year as a licensed driver (in any US state)
- AVAILABILITY: All positions require working at least one weekend shift (some schedules include both weekend days)
