About this Position:
The Experiential Manager leads the coordination and implementation of PS&P Experiential Strategies and Public Relations management thru coordination and consensus building across related divisions/departments both internal and external to NA PS&P to achieve short, medium- and long-term business plan goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Directs all assigned staff to assure associate growth/performance, maintains department’s expected output, supports business plan initiatives, manages resources within designated limits, and promotes communication of strategies/results to associates/management.
- Directs the overall 2W or 4W PS&P experiential strategy utilizing a combination of both internal and external resources to realize business goals which include the planning and execute events and communications that place our product in a genuine positive environment based on the product attributes. These must be verifiable by the media to maintain maximum credibility.
- Develop and implement shows strategy that targets our intended customer base while also attracting the next generation of customers to support business sustainability.
- Develop and implement product demo strategy to engage customers in a safe and controlled environment that allow customers to experience the product first hand and enhance their purchase decision, build brand preference and loyalty with goal being to drive them dealer for sales activities.
- Manage press/shows/events warehouse locations nationwide to support asset storage and maintenance to support annual business plans.
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- Requires 12+ years of experience with degree or 10-12 years related work experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related discipline or equivalent work experience
Desired skills:
- Manage multiple schedules and budgets
- Interacts and communicates effectively with associates. Ability to motivate team.
- Good planning, implementation, and project management skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze Honda and competitor’s situation to develop plan to maximize given resources
- Strong decision-making ability and presentation skills
