As an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner with SSM Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient and patient-centered healthcare services in our dynamic urgent care setting. Responsibilities:

**Treatment Administration:** Administer appropriate medications, vaccinations, and medical interventions based on established protocols, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
**Collaborative Care:** Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared responsibility.
**Patient Education:** Provide clear and concise patient education on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive measures, promoting informed decision-making and wellness.

Qualifications:
**Educational Background:** Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
**Licensure and Certification:** Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain one). Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
**Experience:** One year proven experience in urgent care or a similar fast-paced clinical setting, showcasing strong clinical and diagnostic decision-making skills.
**Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centered approach to care.
**Technology Proficiency:** Proficient in using electronic health record systems, ensuring accurate and secure documentation.
