Job Overview: Apply engineering principles to solve production and office problems. Support the department through special projects.

Responsibilities: Design efficient production processes, equipment, and layouts for high-quality output. Train employees on client product manufacturing processes. Assist in developing new plant processes and equipment.

Gather information for bidding. Help determine plant layout based on manufacturing needs. Assist with designing specialized machinery as assigned.

Define manpower and skill requirements for each process. Participate in brainstorming sessions and improvement meetings. Actively contribute under the Engineering Manager's guidance.

General Responsibilities: Understand and uphold the client's mission statement and quality policies. Align with the client's goals and objectives. Act in the company's best interest for mutual success.
