Mowing, string-trimming, edging, tree removal/trimming, leaf blowing, mulch install/removal, plant install/removal, leaf removal, pesticide application, maintaining equipment regularly.
Have knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to groundskeeping.
Assists with the daily/weekly/monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of data center and office operations
Assists, as necessary, with scheduling of preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimal disruption of building services
Ensures Critical Facilities Technician, Contract Manager and/or Customer receives timely verbal and written operating reports that give him/her a clear understanding of the condition of the building's critical systems and the present level of ongoing preventative maintenance
