Excellent opportunity for a dynamic ACNP with an interest in Orthopedic Hand Surgery to join our highly trained team of Orthopedic Surgeons at Banner Baywood Medical Center. We provide care to a varied group of patients with orthopedic hand surgical needs. Our ACNP will round on patients on the hospital floor; see patients in the orthopedic surgery clinic and provide surgical first assist in the OR. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
Requirements:
Board Certification as Acute Care Nurse PractitionerLicensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZCurrent prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substanceExperienced APP with an Orthopedic skill set is preferred; however, new graduates will be consideredACNP is required to have RNFA certificate at the time of application Current BLS & ACLSPractice Details:
Full-time | M-F, 8 AM – 5 PMSurgical/Clinical position: 3 days of Clinic, 2 days of ORCall: Practice Call only no HospitalPractice includes: two surgeons, six APPs, a dedicated MA & excellent support staffBanner Baywood Medical Center (BBMC) – Mesa, a 388-bed hospital, provides complete acute care services including care for cancer, stroke, women’s health, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and surgery.
