  • This position will contribute to the strategy and lead execution of commercial excellence efforts for NA, improving sales analytics via power bi to support the go-to market, fact-based approach we are seeking.
  • This position will provide support across all businesses, with key focus around channel segmentation/strategy, account planning, sales analytics around pricing and program effectiveness, sales training, and customer-facing execution, in collaboration with the business heads for development of sales reporting tools, and timely updates on key sales metrics, as well as the sales incentive plans.
  • This position is core to ES’s ability to deliver business commitments, including sales, EBITDA, pricing and program excellence, and OPEX mgmt.
  • Lead development and execution of Power BI reports to support the main objectives of the sales organization, including clarity of established goals and KPIs to track progress.
  • Track progress of go-to market pricing strategies, and help develop potential improvements to go-to market (agency/title transfer) models using Power BI.
  • POWER BI Dashboards and Reporting Experience– min 2 years
