Productivity: Meet targets, managing 9-12 patient visits daily.
Supervision: Train and supervise Rehabilitation Technicians in treatment procedures.
Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, patients, and hospital staff on patient care.
Patient Education: Educate patients on procedures, risks, and home care programs.
Continuum of Care: Ensure smooth transitions for post-discharge rehabilitation.
Departmental Participation: Attend meetings and contribute to quality improvement.
Supervision & Education: Supervise students and pursue continuing education.
Compliance: Follow all regulatory and professional standards.
Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensure / Certification:
Current CA Occupational Therapist License
Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
