Are you a skilled manager? We have an opportunity for you to oversee site operations, ensuring top-notch service, profitability, and cost efficiency while complying with all company and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Implement lean strategies across all functions
  • Analyze and improve operational processes
  • Drive lean initiatives with operational teams
  • Coach employees on lean manufacturing techniques
  • Develop and manage lean training programs
  • Coordinate with senior management to develop new systems
  • Monitor quality, cost, and delivery indicators
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues
  • Lead and manage projects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience as a lean leader
  • 3-5 years in supply chain operations
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools
  • BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
