Position Purpose:Stericycle Global EHS is looking for an experienced Training Project Manager Training Sr who will work closely with internal project teams to document scope, identify learning priorities, manage strategic Global EHS Training roadmaps, and coordinate creation of Global EHS Training solutions.
Key Job Activities:• Lead Train-the-Trainer workshops, Instructor-led training evaluations, and general content delivery for our international audience.
• May have directly reporting staff and/or lead a team or teams to accomplish project goals
• Direct translation of existing and new training material into all languages represented in our international Operations learning audience.
• Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and recommend modifications to enhance effectiveness.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Engage with leadership, SMEs, and operators to create, develop, and implement learning strategies and methodologies that are relevant and follow industry best practices.
• Measure overall training program effectiveness through regular surveys, evaluations, and feedback gathering and formulate corrective measures to address identified gaps and ensure alignment with the business’s strategic goals
• Conduct training needs analysis to design and deliver necessary and relevant training solutions, paying attention to classroom, on-line, and on-the-job workplace training particularly around safety, development, process, and operations.
• Build and implement testing/evaluation processes to assess the transfer of knowledge to determine effectiveness and efficiency of training and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project or program management, preferably related to training and development.
• 7+ years of experience in leading training delivery projects through curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
• 5+ years of experience managing international stakeholders through various project functions
• 5+ years of direct people management experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship skills; along with aptitude for innovative learning and presentation skills.
• Proficient in leading Train-the-Trainer workshops, general Instructor-led sessions, and in-person evaluation of training delivery.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, tools, and workflows.
• Success with international stakeholders across different time zones, cultures, and business goals.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive performance improvement; with strong ability of conceptualizing potential upcoming events and planning accordingly.
• Training experience in design, development, implementation, and/or facilitation of train-the-trainer and onboarding programs.
• Substantial proficiency to analyze and present insights to create success; track and evaluate operational effectiveness while identifying proper mitigation of related risks.
• Extensive experience in the training life cycle from content needs assessment, content creation, deployment, and post-training assessment.
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Substantial experience leading medium to large-scale training projects with multiple stakeholders through cross-functional methods.
• Training project/program management within global organizations a plus.
• Full proficiency with MS Office suite applications.
• Multilingual preferred (emphasis on Spanish and French languages)
• Ability to translate training materials into secondary languages in both written and spoken formats preferred
