Job Description:

Wipro’s Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) helps businesses engage customers, drive sales, enhance customer experience and create an integrated enterprise that delivers consistent, omni channel, customer experience. It enables businesses translate their technology vision into a reality by leveraging strategic thinking and agile solutions.The position is with the Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) Service Line and would be responsible for driving sales of our security group.

[ads1] Job Responsibilities:
  • Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes
  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits of the solution being proposed, to the clients
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts
  • Assume responsibility for running a bid team where relevant, interfacing with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
  • Ability to demonstrate groups solution offerings to audiences of varied technical knowledge
  • Build productive relationships internally and external
  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine the technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
Job Requirements:
  • (Hortonworks, Cloudera, MapR), and working knowledge of other Hadoop distributions
  • Well versed with Linux based systems
  • Able to show and discuss a range of previous customer solution designs
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels
  • Experience in AI/Machine Learning will be a distinct advantage
  • Programming Languages Java, Python, Go
  • Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
Qualification & Experience:
  • Around 12 15 years of industry experience in engineering complex software platforms and solutions, distributed and cloud computing
  • In depth knowledge of at least one Public Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP), and working knowledge of other Public clouds. Exposure to Openstack
  • Experience in architecting/designing distributed computing solutions with focus on latency, resiliency, scalability and availability
  • Exposure to data base design, SQL, NoSQL, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Data Lineage
  • Experience in Hadoop ecosystem tools/frameworks
  • Experience in putting together solutions using Big Data Technologies; in depth knowledge of at least one Hadoop distribution
