Inventory Quality Manager
Locations: La Crosse – VA, USA (onsite)
We are looking for Inventory Quality Manager for an immediate need. This is an onsite position and candidate are expected to work from office.
Work Authorization:

Overview
The Inventory Quality Manager provides direction and oversight to all inventory and facilities management processes performed at the service delivery location. This resource coordinates all aspects of assigned projects/tasks for the client, from inception to delivery and manages, monitors, and reports on the technical environment’s component and system quality and ensures the sparing inventory.They identify and oversee improvements to processes to improve execution for all tasks for both areas including regulatory and compliance. This resource will support ongoing operations and service delivery for the client site as a focal point for communications, cultural integration, and operational improvements. They will partner with the Engagement Manager and Technical Operations Manager to ensure all SLAs are being met.
Responsibilities
● Maintains and stewards up-to-date and accurate logical information within various inventory management systems (e.g., configuration management databases, asset management repositories).
● Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.
● Follows procedures to contribute to plans to develop, build, and run methodologies. Ensures execution according to accepted procedures for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery.
● Seek out opportunities to contribute to workstreams and evolve existing workstream processes, services, and solutions toward greater simplification and automation.
● Coordinate physical access for new employees and vendors.
● Perform logistical management of third-party providers to meet deliverables in scope, budget, and time.
● Establish processes and procedures to track component failure rates.
● Creation of training materials and new processes / procedures in collaboration with team members and client for inventory and logistics
● Provide regular updates to customer and internal management.
● Deal with escalated situations related to inbound and outbound logistics.
● Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) about the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) warranty process.
● Ensure teams process failed vendor hardware devices using online/other tools and processes RMAs as needed.
● Follow all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to the RMA warranty process.
● Adhere to client data destruction processes.
● Support client recycling efforts.
● Preparing and executing incoming/outgoing deliveries and documenting inbound/outbound packages
● Communicate directly with customers in regard to scheduling both inbound and outbound deliveries.
● Coordinate with external stakeholders including third-party warehouses, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendors, and suppliers as necessary to facilitate inbound and outbound deliveries.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will have the following or equivalent experience:
● 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Inventory or Logistics
● 6+ years of experience in the high technology electronics industry or related field, preferably in Infrastructure maintenance and services.
● Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
● 3+ years in reporting and metrics
● Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project planning and management tools.
● Must be a United States Citizen
● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
