**** is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. As a paralegal, you will be responsible for legal research, preparation of legal documents, file management, and other assigned tasks. This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with the expectation of in-office work for 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office for the remaining days.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for legal research, preparation of legal documents, and file management
- Works under direct supervision and uses established principles, practices, and procedures
- Ability to determine and use appropriate resources
- May appear in court as an expert witness on behalf of the organization
- Senior position provides analysis and assistance in defensive litigation cases
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in legal documentation activities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory issues
- Paralegal certification is a plus
