Prepares utility files, plan drawings, and SUE plans using drafting softwareEnsures high-quality and organized drafting according to company standardsManages multiple projects and communicates drafting issues to the project manager

Responsibilities
• Prepare utility files, plan sheet drawings, and complete SUE plans using drafting software• Review utility record files and process data• Ensure accuracy, neatness, and speed in all drawings• Produce drawings with uniform and standard quality• Manage simultaneous projects• Communicate drafting issues to the project manager• Assist in data collection and field verification• Follow CAD standards and agency standards• Read and understand engineering plans and record drawings• Process survey data
Requirements
• Course completions in engineering drafting/CAD operation preferred• 2 to 5 years of work experience in civil engineering or survey plan preparations• Ability to follow firm CAD standards and agency standards• Ability to read and understand engineering plans and record drawings• Experience in processing survey data is a plus• Ability to work independently and within a team environment• Solid time management and follow-through skills• Positive, flexible team-oriented approach• Self-motivated with strong initiative• Detail-oriented and resourceful
