- Environment - National presence with Local Market Coverage providing patient access to both children & adults in an Outpatient Setting.
- Schedule - Flexibility is a core component of our hybrid approach of treating patients in-person as well as via telemedicine.

- Admin Support - Provide Front Office, Patient Scheduling, and Billing Support.
- Collaboration - of Psychiatrists and PMHNPs to Therapy Colleagues in the same center.
- Work-Life Balance - Practice model conducive with your schedule vs. the unknown day/schedule when working in an inpatient setting.
- Day-to-Day - Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 12 patients per day (can see more if one desires) with minimal Call Responsibilities.
- Med-Management - Collaborative approach with psychotherapy support.

- Compensation - market-based competitive salary with additional earning potential
- Maintain Timely Patient Documentation through our EHR System
- Refer Patients Internally to Psychotherapy & TMS Services when appropriate.
- Utilize your Expertise with Optional Peer Collaboration Groups & Committees
- Experience & Ability to Diagnose, Develop Treatment Plans, Prescribe & Properly Monitor Medication
- Experience with Adult and or Child/Adolescent Patient Populations
- Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Psychiatry Consultation, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks / Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Sleep Problems, Depression, Stress / Stress Management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Trauma / PTSD
- Must have at least one year of practicing and prescribing experience in psychiatry
- Unrestricted License with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) in the State of Delivering Care
- Must have an Active DEA
