Job DescriptionThe Infrastructure Analyst has a high technical skills set and experience to provide efficient solutions to more complex requests across several technical areas End User Devices Intel Servers Operating System Software compatibilities Office and Productivity software compatibilities. These advanced skills allow the associate to be a key resource within the PC Support group and Intel Server group for completing all requests within the Service level Agreements.Required Education and Experience Bachelor degree in IT similar flied or equivalent experience preferred 1-3 years experience providing Intel Server admin and support requiredRequired Education and Experience Bachelor degree in IT similar flied or equivalent experience preferred 1-3 years experience providing Intel Server admin and support required 1-3 years providing customer PC support preferred.Key skills Assembled/configured laptop and desktop computers maintained network hardware software troubleshoot common computer /printer problems.
