We're looking for a leader who:

Has 1+ year of experience as a DON in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), OR 3+ years of experience as an ADON in a SNF.Leads by example, inspiring and motivating their team.Thrives in a collaborative environment and is a true team player.Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to share successes with annual/state surveys.
