Job Details Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract Contract to Hire Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms Employment Status Time Zones etc) Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H-1B Transfers Bench Recruiting H-1B Transfer/OPT/CPT Proficient in using Job Boards. Works with team members to help identify contacts for sourcing of qualified candidates. Develop recruitment strategy and comprehensive recruitment planning and effectively work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with both external and internal hiring efforts. Maintain a strong database of candidates for future requirements. Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required. Excellent written and oral English. Line up Candidates for Interviews and build a strong database.
