Facility: A healthcare facility that provides medical services including preventive care, wellness exams, vaccinations, minor illness and injury treatment, and management of chronic conditions.

Opportunity:
  • Actively seeking a fulltime Family Medicine Physician for clinic coverage located in San Antonio Texas to start in July
  • Pediatric and adult patient population
  • Value-based care model with 30 min appointment times and LOW patient volume. Focused on clinical outcome and preventative care.
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, no late clinics, no after-hours charting and NO CALL
  • Good work/life balance. Time built in for admin time. Physicians supported by RNs.
  • Provider to oversee 1 Advanced Practice Provider, with support and additional oversight from a Physician Lead.
  • Quick credentialing turnaround in 2-4 weeks
  • EMR eclinicalworks and elation
  • No payer enrollment
  • 1 week virtual orientation- Paid
  • Faith based organization
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
