The medical center is Peoria's only Level I trauma center and the largest
Level IV Epilepsy Center outside of Chicago, delivering exceptional emergency
and specialized care to the region.








** _Practice Details:_**











* Daily patient load of 8-12, including EMU reviews, in collaboration with Neurological support team
* Support from 3 APPs and a dedicated neurological team for epilepsy surgery evaluations




* Affiliated with a teaching facility with 16 Neurology Residents
* 5-bed EMU








** _Scheduling:_**











* 8 AM - 5 PM
* Occasional call weeks to read EMUs








** _Cases and Procedures:_**











* Interpreting cEEGs and LTEEGs, staffing EMUs, supporting functional neurosurgery programs (e.g., brain mapping)




* No procedures required








** _Travel and Lodging:_**











* Travel accommodations are provided
