Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Partner with Technology to develop business case that’s aligned with the strategic roadmap, ensure technology strategic initiatives are producing expected value and promised deliverables.
  • Lead the development of financial forecasts, operating budget, and reporting.
  • Review technology spending and cloud consumption to identify cost optimization opportunities, including contract negotiation, renewals, and new vendor selection.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Act as a Finance ambassador, educating the business on the Build vs. Maintain concept, leading to the development of Product P&L and Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Lead and cultivate a diverse finance team that is empowered to achieve results and identify creative solutions in an engaging and inclusive environment.

What Process Improvement you will take ownership of:

  • Implement continuous improvements to enhance processes, enabling team members to focus on higher-value tasks and providing guidance with information to make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Develop an automation roadmap to mitigate manual forecasting/budgeting process and source critical data to produce key performance metrics and operational drivers.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Eight (8) years in finance-related roles
  • Four (4) years of management experience
  • Experience utilizing modern technologies such as Microsoft 365 suite, Power BI, or similar automation tools
  • Experience with contract negotiations or procurement

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Four (4) years of management experience in technology or related field
  • Expertise in leading and motivating a team
