We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target. Experience in Customer Analytics and Sales & Marketing within the T&H Hotels domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel requirements.

Location: San Franscisco, California.

Experience: 8+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Adobe Audience Manager to enhance customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Provide technical expertise in Adobe Analytics Reporting to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and optimize Adobe Target campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools.
  • Conduct regular audits of analytics implementations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in analytics engineering.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for analytics processes and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.
  • Have experience in Customer Analytics and Sales & Marketing within the T&H Hotels domain.
