Admissions Rep

Adrian's Beauty College is looking for a strong, motivated, fun, energetic Admissions Representative to work at our Tracy campus.

Part-time. 30 hours per week Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday thru Friday varied hours. Some weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities include, but not limited:

Ability to meet deadlines and quotas REQUIRED;
Arrange appointments with prospective students;
Maintain student tracking reports;
Handle telephone and personal inquires;
Recruit students;
Schedule and hold Career Days at regional high schools;
Maintain lead cards and all follow up;
Complete the daily to do on computer;
Interviews prospects;
Follow up on all inquiries that fail to schedule or no show for an appointment;
Help the prospect complete the enrollment forms and related paperwork;
Cover receptionist and answer phones as needed;
Give information seminar;
Give orientation to new students;
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly start goals;
Comply with Federal, State, Accreditation and institutional policy and procedures;
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Possess and utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution skills
Problem solving skills
Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently;
Bilingual abilities preferred but not required.
