Join our team as a Server and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to the kitchen staff promptly - Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to presentation standards - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service - Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards diligently Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or a similar setting - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items to assist guests effectively - Familiarity with OpenTable or reservation systems is advantageous - Ability to handle bussing duties efficiently while maintaining a high level of service - Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic environment - Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have experience in the food industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team as a Server.
