About the Role:

 

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager, Supply Planning to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring supply chain excellence across our brands.

 

As the Sr. Manager, Supply Planning, you will lead all supply planning activities for our power brands, including the management of new product launches. You'll define and monitor gross sales feasibility targets in close collaboration with supply chain stakeholders, while driving key process improvements to optimize cost and efficiency. This role also involves setting strategic objectives for the supply planning team and supporting individual development plans.
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead weekly consensus meetings to align on supply chain forecast changes and address critical issues.
  • Monitor and resolve supply availability and freshness concerns, including managing promotions, launches, and product transitions.
  • Oversee production planning, ensuring accurate stock levels, production reconciliation, and proper planning systems integration.
  • Collaborate with area planning teams to resolve production-related issues and maintain target days of supply.
  • Generate and distribute weekly stock coverage and availability reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage bulk availability and production priorities across multiple repacking sites and third-party co-packers.
  • Coordinate shipment and container priorities with warehouses and transportation teams to meet market needs.
  • Analyze past data to set fiscal year planning parameters and validate monthly operating targets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
     
Who we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production, demand, or supply planning in a complex environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of import/export logistics, customs, transportation requirements, and repacking/co-packing processes.
  • Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and advanced knowledge of SAP/APO systems or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
