The program consists of 10-14 weeks of structured hands-on training involving plant tours, seminars, networking events, speaker training, and a project selected to add direct value to the business.  At the conclusion of the program, interns will present their projects to plant managers, supervisors, and mentors. An internship at Howmet Engine Systems will provide an invaluable experience that you can utilize in any roles, and it’s Howmet Aerospace’s goal to evaluate our interns for potential entry-level openings.

    Basic Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
