Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and coordination with healthcare providers Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast–paced remote environment Demonstrated experience in scheduling, patient follow–ups, and administrative support. High level of discretion and adherence to patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records. Responsibilities: Conduct remote patient interviews to gather medical histories and update records. Assist physicians with virtual consultations by managing patient data and documentation. Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments, ensuring timely follow–ups. Respond to patient inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate information and support. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Prepare and distribute digital medical reports and summaries to relevant healthcare providers. Support administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and manage electronic health records.
