• IMS CORE network SIP call flow experience
o Telephony experience – SIP, DIAMETER, SS7

• Wireshark SIP call trace experience
• VoIP technologies and products
• Systems integration and test
• Preparation and presentation of IMS CORE training session pertaining to subscriber data and usage
• Experience with Gathering, Analyzing, and Troubleshooting complex Customer/Network issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking skills capability of handling multiple situations concurrently
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Strong problem solving Skills
• Independent Thinking
• Strong attention to detail
Candidate desirable Skills, Knowledge:
• Linux
• Radcom Call trace experience.
• Test planning, test case development, execution and reporting
• Protocol analysis and troubleshooting, using Wireshark, Agilent and/or other networking tools
• Test automation
