Kreg's Beds provide an innovative modality to get complex patients out of bed, mobilized and stabilized so they can progress to PT, LTACH, and ultimately home. Because not all the patients are the same, not all the beds should be the same. Kreg's offers a unique portfolio of specialty beds and 24/7 rental services to allow clinicians to mobilize those complex patients safely and efficiently. We are a small company, on a mission to stand out from the crowd and make Kreg Beds the #1 hospital partner to deliver better outcomes for complex patients.
The On-Site Team Leader will report directly to their Field Operations Manager. The Team Leader will oversee and coordinate the on-site team with responsibility for all Kreg service activities and provide the primary point of communication between Kreg staff and key customer contacts.
Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities of the On-Site Team Leader:
• Clean, stain-free, pressed KREG uniforms worn for every shift
o shirt/scrub pants/safety shoes, Kreg name badge
• Professional communications and behavior with all internal and external stakeholders
• Consistently deliver industry best levels of service to our customers by providing timely service in-line with contractual obligations of 5-hour or less deliveries and removals within 12-hours
• Monitor and uphold quality control for cleaning, testing, delivery, set-up, and servicing of Kreg equipment
• Daily on-site inventory coordination with local Kreg warehouse
• Daily completion of equipment rounding on each shift
o Identifying removals, service calls, equipment set-up and product education questions with nursing staff while conducting rounds
• Following, monitoring, and training new and current employees on all standard work processes
• Reporting undesirable behaviors or performance concerns to his/her manager
• Providing or coordinating appropriate coverage for employees on PTO
• Monitoring and addressing issues with daily paperwork such as delivery, service, pick-up, cleaning and testing verification forms
• Monitoring and assuring customer dashboard is current and accurate for all Kreg activities for each shift
Requirements of the job:
• A valid Driver's License
• Ability to maintain organized management skills under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel overnight at times for trainings
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Availability to operate in a 24/7 environment
• Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience required
• Responsibility recommendations for hiring and performance management evaluations, corrective actions, recognition of shift needs
• Responsibility for Implementation training and acceptance of ERP system
• Previous experience in a healthcare service industry is a plus
• Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills
• The capability to lift 50 lbs., loading /driving box trucks, moving large medical devices, working with medically complex patients at the bedside in the facility
