Full-time Medical Optometrist Needed for Private MD/OD Group in West Springfield, MA.  This is a wonderful opportunity for young and experienced Optometrists alike.

We are an established private practice in Western Massachusetts, and we take great pride in offering advanced eye care and modern surgical solutions in a professional and caring environment. Our current provider group consists of 12 Doctors (cornea/refractive, glaucoma, oculoplastics, retina and optometrists).  Each physician is supported by trained technicians and great equipment. Our well established, state of the art practice includes multiple locations and two free standing surgeon owned ophthalmology only ASC’s.

Our business is 100% physician owned and operated (no private equity). The current partners are happy to have developed a friendly, positive, and innovative dynamic, which makes it fun to come to work, and has resulted in excellent employee retention. We hope that the new candidates will share our collegial, collaborative spirit, and want to join us in continuing to grow the business.
