Sheehy Ford of Warrenton seeks an energetic individual for the Part-Time Receptionist position. Responsibilities

Answer dealership group phones Greet and receive prospects and customers Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson Communicate with callers, visitors, and employees in a professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient manner. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance. Assist with various clerical duties as needed Requirements

Must be able to work the following schedule weekly: Tuesday - Friday 12pm - 6pm Saturdays 8am - 3pm Be an Energetic, Friendly and outgoing "people person" motivated to help clientele Excellent communication and customer service skills A professional appearance, positive attitude, and good work ethic High School Diploma or higher Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Records check and drug test. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the USA Compensation
