Our client is seeking a talented Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to join their healthcare analytics team. This role is crucial in driving our quality metrics initiatives for clinics and hospitals, working closely with external vendors to retrieve and analyze data.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and analyze data from external vendors
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards focused on quality measurement and gaps in care
  • Utilize Python for data processing and analysis
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement data-driven insights
  • Assist in migrating data from SAS to Python-based systems

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization
  • Familiarity with healthcare metrics and quality measures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Databricks, Azure, and SAS
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Previous experience in a healthcare analytics role
