    Job Description

  • Processing onboarding payroll related documentation for a book of clients
Perform payroll processing pursuant to client pay needs and schedulePayroll Journal Entries - creation from payroll systemPrepare payroll tax filingsPayroll audits including but not limited to 401(k), statutory, compliance, and workers compensationCreation and adherence with payroll and HR policies and proceduresAnswer and route inbound callsCoordinate and Schedule client appointmentsMaintain and update client demographic information in company CRM.General office duties

1+ years full cycle payroll processingAssociate's degree in business, accounting, or related fieldAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detailStrong written and verbal skillsExperience in processing payroll through Accounting CS or ADP a PLUSStrong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detailPositive and happy personalityCommitment to strict confidentialityFlexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilitiesTechnologically savvy with ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues (experience with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks a plus)
