What you will be doing:

In this role you will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations. 

Requirements to be successful in this role:

Prior 1-2+ years' prior experience in a luxury brand hotel environment is ideal High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM 11 PM-7 AM shift  Must be 18+ years of age  Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack). Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability. Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired. Handle cash, coins, and currency at night Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
