Position Overview: We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join Baptist GI. This position involves a 7 on/7 off schedule, providing focused GI hospitalist service.
You will be part of a large, supportive team, ensuring high-quality care for patients while enjoying a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality gastroenterology care as part of a 7 on/7 off hospitalist service. Work exclusively out of Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, ensuring a focused and efficient practice setting. Benefit from the support of a large group of GI hospitalists, assisting with unassigned calls. Collaborate closely with medical hospitalists for the admission of non-emergent patients, ensuring seamless patient care. Enjoy the support of in-house hospitalists available 24/7, facilitating comprehensive care round-the-clock. Engage in a collaborative work environment with highly collegial physicians and an administrative team committed to excellence.
