Minimum $800 daily with a 28% production bonus paid out bi-weekly.

Requirements of the Dentist*

* Min. 2 years in General Dentistry.
* DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.
* Current Dentist license in California.
* We use Eaglesoft.

*Job info and responsibilities of the Dentist:*
We are seeking an Associate General Dentist who is comfortable with implant placement, Invisalign, extractions, root canals and cosmetic dentistry.
We believe that patients always come first. You should handle management of staff in a kind and professional manner. You should also be willing to be a part of the team so we can continue to grow, with an "It's not all about the money" attitude.
Services we provide include: Root canals, Cerec and lab-made crowns, composites, extractions, Invisalign, implant placement including final restoration, and fixed and removable prosthodontic appliances. Only about 5% of cases are referred out.
Patient population is mostly adults, 50 years and older. We utilize 6 treatment rooms with the latest digital equipment.
It is an excellent opportunity to grow into an established practice and practice your whole career.
Our dentists routinely produce over $10,000 per day, some as high as $14,000. With the compensation percentage, you will look at a very decent compensation.
It is a beautiful location in a solid, small, growing community. No other providers in the area provide our services, so we always have continual growth.
We average 10-20 new patients per month. The practice owner is ready to retire, so it is an excellent opportunity to buy and transition into your own practice.
