Summary:
This position is responsible for facilitating successful project delivery including the planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of all assigned projects within established budget and schedule. Utilizing Project Management (PM) methodologies, while managing all project team members (organizational resources and engaged third party vendors/consultants) to deliver solutions according to project scope and goals. Supporting the execution and coordinating the projects of multiple team members and leaders. Overseeing relevant project documents and deliverables and report on progress throughout the project life cycle as well as acquire a deep understanding of Rush’s internal administrative systems and existing capabilities, in order to support the operations team in the efforts to drive operational efficiencies and provide solutions to a variety of business challenges. Job Summary :

• Proficient and functional knowledge of MS Office (including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Outlook) and Project Management software.
• Thorough knowledge of formal project management methodologies and proven skill in effective execution.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to execute project management leveraging Lean process improvement methodology required.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization.
