Field Superintendent

Grand Industrial is looking to hire a Field Superintendent to fill a recent opening. We have been in business for 17+yrs and have never experienced a lay-off. The successful candidate will possess the following:

3-5 yrs experience in experience

Valid drivers license

Experience in supervising others

Good communication skills, verbally as well as electronic (text/email)

CDL or willingness to obtain

Able to work overtime

Understands how to order materials for projects

Experience in operating heavy equipment

Occasional weekend projects

Able to complete necessary paperwork in a timely fashion

Ability to work with the crew and lead them to the completion of the project

You should be proficient in:

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
