In your role as a Sales Intern, you serve as the main point of contact for our clients in the San Buenaventura area. Each day, you approach your work with enthusiasm, forging new connections, and nurturing existing ones. Your primary objective is to meet with potential customers, establishing strong relationships that allow you to educate them about our products and services. Your exceptional communication abilities play a pivotal role in your achievements, as you conduct product presentations, deliver price quotes, and ensure superior customer service. Moreover, you handle order information collection and entry, contributing to the seamless completion of sales transactions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engage in direct customer interactions within an external sales setting primarily based around San Buenaventura, CA.
  • Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers.
  • Conduct product presentations as a means to finalize sales transactions with customers located in San Buenaventura.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills to attentively address customer needs and concerns, displaying empathy throughout.
  • Seek to clarify customer requirements and probe to ensure a thorough grasp of their needs.
