The Marketing Coordinator will support key marketing initiatives on behalf of Full Sail. This individual will work closely with all areas of the marketing department to ensure that digital marketing initiatives are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Primary responsibilities include planning, execution, tracking and reporting key metrics and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical abilities, prioritizes workload, meets deadlines, and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Full Sail University, its programs, enrollment process, and student life.
  • Implement & traffic digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepares campaign performance reports and post campaign analysis
  • Assist in other assigned projects as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of Full Sail University
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of company and personnel information
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
  • Adheres to company attendance standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Competencies:

  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and maintain a high number of complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be able to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel a must
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years relevant work experience in marketing & promotions

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, Keynote, Excel, and Outlook

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:

Most work is performed in an office environment where they will be seated for up to 8 hours a day. This role could require bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to 30lbs as needed.
